Fieldfisher's top-ranked Technology, Outsourcing & Privacy Group has an excellent opportunity based in our growing London office for a Solicitor/Associate looking to further develop their career amongst one of the largest teams of lawyers in the field.

Based in our London office, you will be a member of our international Technology & Outsourcing team, providing support to regional, national and international clients.
Responsibilities would include:
- Drafting, advising and negotiating technology contracts (for example IT procurement, managed and cloud services, software & systems development, systems integration, software licensing & maintenance)
- Drafting, advising and negotiating outsourcing contracts (for example IT, BPO, FM)
- Working closely with colleagues across our international Technology & Outsourcing team
- A high degree of direct client contact on a day-to-day basis
- Participation in marketing and practice development initiatives

Key Skills & Experience
- Qualified lawyer with proven experience in Commercial contracts and/or Technology & Outsourcing
- Strong academics
- Sound working knowledge of contract and commercial law
- Previous experience of public sector work would be an advantage
- Good understanding of IP would be helpful (especially copyright, database rights and software patents)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player willing to contribute to wider team growth, and a desire to build strong internal relationships as well as helping to develop client relationships for the firm
