The team are looking for an individual with experience in closed-ended funds such as private equity, venture capital, credit, infrastructure or real estate funds.
Required Deal Experience:
Must have experience of drafting and/or negotiating all or most of the following:
- limited partnership agreements
- side letters
- subscription documents
- private placement memoranda
- AIFM agreements
- Investment management and advisory agreements
- administration agreements
- depositary agreements
- carried interest partnerships (desirable but not necessary)
Required Legal knowledge:
- Must have experience of applying AIFMD
- Experience of MIFID and 'perimeter guidance' (desirable but not necessary)
- Experience of 'open–ended private funds' like and in the asset management sector (helpful but not necessary)
- Regulatory experience beyond AIFMD (helpful but not necessary)
